Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI) is the apex body of private real estate developers, established in 1999 with a vision of transforming the landscape of the Indian Real Estate industry and a mandate to pursue the cause of Housing and Habitat and this autonomous body have more than 20000 members across 21 State and 220 City chapters.
CREDAI - Sindhudurg
CREDAI-Sindhudurg is the quality committed association, formerly BUILDER ASSOCIATION OF SINDHUDURG, that follows quality-oriented and disciplined decorum and code of conduct and maintained high standards in all their services in the interest of members and buyers.
It has a strong membership of 27 members consisting of leading Promoters and Builders of Sindhudurg which accounts for about 70% of the construction activities in Sindhudurg.

CREDAI-Sindhudurg since its inception, has always been at the forefront of understanding the needs of its buyers. CREDAI-Sindhudurg Property Exhibition is one of many such initiatives the Association has started in the recent past. The Property Exhibition provides its members an ideal platform to showcase their developments and properties in a congenial environment to their prospective buyers/investors.
